Baked Sweet Potatoes with Tvorog
- 4 sweet potatoes
- 1 jar MilkUp! Sour Cream
- pack MilkUp! Tvorog
- 1 squeeze of lemon juice
- 1 avocado
- some herbed salt
- handful of herbs to your liking
- Clean the sweet potatoes. Pierce them thoroughly with a knife. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake at 220º C for 40-45 minutes or until tender.
- Remove from the oven and let cool. In the meantime, season the Sour Cream with lemon juice and some herbed salt. Slice the avocado, add Tvorog and the herbs.
- Half the sweet potatoes, plate and garnish with the toppings: a dollop of the Sour Cream, the Tvorog and the herbs. Bon apetit!
