Bawang – Shallots KRE-KER is an oven-baked savory cracker made with sourdough and red local shallots that’s crispy and fragrant.

It’s perfect to eat with cheese and cold cuts or with a variety of dips and sauces, but also great on its own.

They are 100% natural, vegan friendly, and without preservatives. A healthy snack to eat at every hour of the day.

Ingredients: wheat flour, whole wheat flour, extra-virgin olive oil, red shallots, and Salt from Amed.

To preserve its freshness, keep it tightly sealed in the original bag and store it at room temperature away from direct heat or sunlight.

Baking Co. is a food production facility based in Sanur. The company was started to fill a gap in Indonesia where a variety of good quality baked Italian products completely handcrafted with  Pasta Madre (sourdough) are missing.
