Rosalie Black & White is Rosalie’s signature cheese, currently used by international chefs in some of the finest restaurants and 5 star hotels in Jakarta and Bali. Black & White is a soft cheese, coated in coconut ash, with a chalky center. The cheese is aged for 14 – 21 days, and is great on charcuterie platters, baked in the oven, or smeared on top of bread.

Rosalie Cheese was founded in Jakarta and named after a lively suburban market in Brisbane, Australia. Rosalie only uses natural farm fresh ingredients without preservatives and colorings, and they employ traditional cheese making techniques and source Indonesian milk from six partner farms in East Java and Bali. Founder Ayu Utami Linggih learned the art of cheese making during her studies in Australia.

Delivery 6 days a week Monday to Saturday
Orders received before 08:00 will be delivered the same day before 17:00 with for the following minor exceptions:
– Orders for Starter Lab before 20:00 to be delivered the following day before 17:00; and
– Orders for Jiva Creations before 00:00 to be delivered the following day before 17:00.
Orders received on Saturday after 8:00 and on Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday before 17:00.
