Made by local Balinese farmers through the traditional salt making process, the traditional natural Balinese sea salt is produced with local respec to keep the balance of nature. The unique process is started when the seawater is manually loaded and then sprinkled on the black sand to be dried conventionally by the great sunlight. After the end of the drying process added dried slice garlic into salt to have the greatest of traditional natural Balinese sea salt.
