Vegan Garlic & Herb Cheese from Treenut Cheezery. This cheese is made from a cashew base that’s cultured for 24 hours and then flavoured with fresh herbs and garlic, giving it a powerful kick. It’s then aged for only one week, so it’s soft, creamy, and spreadable – like a Boursin!

Ingredients: Cashew nuts, Garlic, Nutritional yeast, Chives, Parsley, Tarragon, Dill, Sea salt, Vegan cultures.

 

TreeNut Cheezery are a small producer of dairy-free cheese, based in Ubud. They only use locally-grown cashews and pilis, and traditional cheese-making processes – including long aging periods of 1-3 weeks. They are passionate about making real, high-quality products from wholefood ingredients.
