The same-day harvest veggies and fruit are cold pressed in the morning and you will receive 7 bottles of 330 ml per day. We advise that you start the liquid diet in the afternoon or early evening so that you have a few bottles to last you the following day until the next batch of seven bottles arrive. We will refund you 1K for every bottle that you return.

The following is the proposal for 1, 2 and 3 Day Liquid Diets which are designed to provide a maximum variety of veggies and fruit. If you choose more days we will start the cycle again on Day 4 and onwards.

You may want to fine-tune the liquid diet with specialty coconut water, latte and shots. The price will be discounted if you are on a liquid fast and would like to have these in addition.

All the diets start with celery juice because of the amazing mineral salts that these provide on an empty stomach and end with Golden Milk because of the healing and restorative properties of this drink before sleeping. The level of fruit is slowly reduced over the course of three days as your body adjusts to the liquid diet and is weaned off cravings for sugar. Orders received before 8AM will be delivered the same day before 5PM with for the following minor exceptions.
