In this role, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. You will manage inventory, minimize waste, and uphold smooth workflow among kitchen staff.

Job Description :
- Food preparation Using recipes, both standard and creative, to produce food in medium to high volumes – this may include adapting dishes to meet special dietary, allergenic and other requirements.
- Quality assurance Ensuring food meets portion controls and budgetary constraints, and that it’s produced to high standards.
- Kitchen management Maintaining kitchen hygiene, following procedures, and using specialist equipment safely and effectively.
- Teamwork Working closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of production, and communicating internally and externally.
- Sustainability Being mindful of sustainability and protecting the environment. This may include following best practices for the use of resources like energy and water.
- Compliance Adhering to food safety regulations and legislation, health and safety legislation, and fire regulations.
- Professional development Committing to personal development activities and observing professional standards.
Minimum requirements :
- Vocational high school preferably majoring in culinary or hospitality.
- 3-5 years preferably working in a full-time and professional capacity.
- High degree of creativity and leadership.
- Speak and write in English.
- Resident in Bali.
