Vata Relaxing Tea is a blend based on traditional Ayurvedic recipes drawing on time honoured ingredients. This blend is perfect for balancing Vata doshas. It is calming, warming, grounding, relieves gas & bloating, improves assimilation, assists elimination, balances the digestive system and soothes body pains.
Infuse 1-2 teaspoons per cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Serve hot. Shake well before using. Caffeine Free.
