Delivery 6 days a week Monday to Saturday
Orders received before 8AM will be delivered the same day before 5PM with for the following minor exceptions:
Orders received on Saturday after 8AM and on Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday before 5PM
REST OF INDONESIA AND THE WORLD
We do not deliver fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, or drinks outside of Bali.
We use J&T Express for deliveries within Indonesia.
We use DHL for deliveries to the Rest of the World.
We will notify you of the delivery cost once you have placed your order and require payment before your order is processed.
Please contact us if you have questions regarding deliveries outside of Bali.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Cash-on-delivery (CoD), Credit Card, or Bank Transfer in Bali, and Bank Transfer or Credit Card for Jakarta, Rest of Indonesia and the World.
JAKARTA
– Orders received before 8AM will be processed the same day. We use the three-day delivery service provided by J&T Express.
– We do not deliver fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, or drinks outside of Bali.
– The delivery cost per kilogram is IDR 24.000.
– We will notify you of the delivery cost once you have placed your order.
– Once your order has been processed we will email your J&T Express tracking number.
Click & Collect
Here are a few things you need to know about Click & Collect
There are two ways in which you can use Click & Collect.
You can choose a Store Pick Up yourself, from one of our stores, between 1PM and 9PM every day of the week.
You can choose to pick up yourself from our stores in Canggu, Bumbak or Pererenan. Simply select Store Pick Up when you check out.
Our store staff will be ready to meet and greet, ready with your order, whenever you visit the store.
Or you can choose to have a Gojek or Grab pick up, from our warehouse, between 1PM and 5PM Monday to Friday.
Simply select Gojek or Grab Pick Up when you check out.
Our customer care staff will contact you as soon as your order is ready, so you can arrange the Gojek or Grab.
Please note the following:
– You should wait for an email notification from customer care staff before ordering a Gojek or Grab.
– Gojek or Grab have a 25KM delivery limit. If you are unsure, please contact customer care staff, prior to placing your order.
– We will make every effort to ensure Gojek or Grab maintain our delivery standards, although we cannot be responsible for your products, once we have completed the handover.
We accept only Credit Card or Bank Transfer, not Cash-on-Delivery, for Click and Collect orders.
Remember! For same day delivery of Click & Collect, as with our Free Delivery, you need to place your order before 8AM. Orders received after 8AM will be ready for pick up the following day
