The sausage uses natural skin layer of goat intestine, and then washed manually using natural sea salt from Bali that made the taste simple with slightly salty flavor.

Defrost in refrigerator or in room temperature water. Grill in frying pan with top cover attached with low heat, turn it over and grill for another 3 minutes, finally grill for 1-2 minutes to enjoy it. If you want crispier sausage skin grill it on barbeque net.

Ingredients: onion, salt, sugar, nutmeg, bay leaf, garlic, ginger, pepper.
