Vegan Gorgonzola Cheese is a creamy, blue-veined cheese, aged for 3-4 weeks, and ripened with blue cultures to give it an authentic funky flavor.

Ingredients: Pili/Galip nuts, Cashew nuts, Sea salt, Vegan cultures.

TreeNut Cheezery are a small producer of dairy-free cheese, based in Ubud. They only use locally-grown cashews and pilis, and traditional cheese-making processes – including long aging periods of 1-3 weeks. They are passionate about making real, high-quality products from wholefood ingredients.
