Delivery Policy

Regular Delivery

Orders received before 8AM will be delivered the same day after 1PM. Orders received after 8AM will be delivered the following day after 1PM.

We deliver Monday – Saturday. Orders received after 8AM on Saturday will be delivered on Monday after 1PM.

Note that all products are available for Regular Delivery.

Delivery is calculated automatically based on your location, shown at checkout, and available across Badung, Gianyar and Tabanan.

Please  contact us if you have questions regarding deliveries outside of these areas.

For Payments we accept Credit Card, Bank Transfer, QRIS and E-wallets. We do not accept Cash-on-Delivery.

Instant Delivery

Orders received Monday to Friday 8AM – 4PM, and Saturday 8AM – 1PM will be delivered within 2 hours.

Only Available Now products – labelled with an ⚡️ on the top right corner of the product image – are available for Instant Delivery. If you choose products that are not labelled with an  you will be reminded and you can either remove these items for items for Instant Delivery or leave these items for Regular Delivery.

Simply select Gojek or Grab, and the delivery fee will be provided, when you checkout.

For Payments we accept Credit Card, Bank Transfer, QRIS and E-wallets. We do not accept Cash-on-Delivery.

Rest of the world & Indonesia

We do not deliver fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, or drinks outside of Bali.

We use J&T Express for deliveries within Indonesia.

We use DHL for deliveries to the Rest of the World.

We will notify you of the delivery cost once you have placed your order and require payment before your order is processed.

How-to-use Instant Delivery

Orders received Monday to Friday 8AM – 4PM, and Saturday 8AM – 1PM will be delivered within 2 hours.

1. Add Instant Delivery products to your Shopping Cart

Only product with ⚡️ icon are available for Instant Delivery.

2. Go to View Cart

Make sure your cart includes only Instant Delivery products – remove any Regular Delivery Only products.

Click Proceed to Checkout button.

3. Add your Shipping address and location

Be sure to provide your exact address to ensure ease of delivery by gojek or grab.

Click the Continue to Shipping button.

4. Select your Shipping method

You can choose either gojek or grab. 

Click the Continue to payment button.

5. Select your Payment and Billing address 

Be sure to add to the Notes section should you have any special requests.

Click the Review order button.

6. Review order

Be sure to click accept Terms & Conditions.
