Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish consisting of pickled vegetables, deliciously refreshing and packed with bold flavors. It is rich in vitamins A and C, and full of beneficial gut-boosting lactobacillus bacteria due to its distinct fermentation process. It also boasts abundant anti-oxidative and immune-stimulating activities, while containing essential nutrition.

Ingredients: Napa cabbage, daikon radish, carrots, onions, garlic, ginger, scallions, red chili, chili powder, mushroom sauce, salt, and sugar.

DaKimchi Bali, located in Denpasar, Bali started producing small-batch homemade kimchi in 2020. It was conceived while searching for the best authentic kimchi in Indonesia. Owners Jon and Alvy decided to create the best kimchi locally, following a generation-long recipe  and using only the freshest vegetables and finest natural ingredients, our small batches bring out optimal fermentation and balanced flavors.
