This pasta is made entirely by hand and has no preservative or chemical additive.
Ingredients: egg, grain flour, salt, Parmigiano Reggiano, fresh tomato sauce, carrot, celery, zucchini, eggplant, red pepper, olive, garlic, onion, olive oil, milk, butter, mixed herbs.
Cooking instructions :
– preheat oven to 180 Celcius
– oven 30-40 minutes (until the surface is gold in the center as well as corners)
– defrost and remove from all packaging
– put on microwave 8 -12 minutes (until the surface is gold in the center as well as corners)
