Our Blue cheese is made from a cashew base that is fermented and matured for 2 weeks. It’s distinctive flavor leaves a tangy and slightly nutty aftertaste which intensifies with age. The blue patterns in the cheese are created by the addition of spirulina, which contributes to its unique appearance and taste.

Serving suggestions: Enjoy our Blue cheese on a cheese platter, in a sandwich, or crumbled over a salad. It can also be sliced thinly and used as a flavorful addition to pasta dishes or mixed into a sauce.

Storage: To keep our vegan cheeses flavorful, we suggest storing them in the refrigerator on a plate or in our wrapping paper, which allows them to breathe and dry. The cheese can be stored for several weeks, and although it will dry out, this will actually enhance its flavor.
