hydroponic Rainbow Chard is a colorful mix of shiny, green, ribbed leaves with petioles of white, yellow, pink, and red with an earthy spinach-like flavor. This organic “Bright Lights” variety is organically grown in our aquaponics system. Chard contains three times the daily dose of vitamin K and 1/3 of vitamin A. It is also loaded with magnesium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, and vitamin C. Large leaves and stalks can be eaten raw or cooked and are perfect for making wraps or juicing.

Delivery 6 days a week Monday to Saturday

Orders received before 8AM will be delivered the same day before 5PM with for the following minor exceptions.

Orders received on Saturday after 8AMand on Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday before 5PM.
