Rosalie Cheese was founded in Jakarta and named after a lively suburban market in Brisbane, Australia. Rosalie only uses natural farm fresh ingredients without preservatives and colorings, and they employ traditional cheese making techniques and source Indonesian milk from six partner farms in East Java and Bali. Founder Ayu Utami Linggih learned the art of cheese making during her studies in Australia.

Delivery 6 days a week Monday to Saturday
Orders received before 08:00 will be delivered the same day before 17:00 with for the following minor exceptions:
– Orders for Starter Lab before 20:00 to be delivered the following day before 17:00; and
– Orders for Jiva Creations before 00:00 to be delivered the following day before 17:00.
Orders received on Saturday after 8:00 and on Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday before 17:00.

For information to the customers who care about reducing their plastic footprint: this cheese is wrapped in plastic and not at all like displayed on the photo. It is totally misleading. Photos should display the product with the actual packaging. I suspect the other products of the brand to be the same.
