It’s a popular food in Sumatra and everyone’s favourite. Made with vegan friendly component. Vegan jerky cooked with a combination of red chili sauce will make it taste spicy and delicious. Mixing garlic and shallots makes this dish rich in flavour.
Ingredients: Plant-based meat (soy protein, shiitake mushroom, tapioca starch), chili, shallot, garlic, palm sugar, sweet soy sauce (contains soy and sulfite preservative), coriander, candlenut salt, mushroom seasoning, sesare seed, tamarind, pepper, ginger, chia seed, potassium sorbate.
How To Cook:
- Grind large red chilies, red chilies, shallots, and garlic. Then stir-fry and add salt, mushroom broth, sugar, and pepper then stir-fry until fragrant then add dendeng meatless kingdom stir until blended.
- Put the red chili dendeng into the plate.
- Meatless Kingdom-style dendeng cabe merah is ready to be served.
