It’s been one of our passions for a long time and we’re really happy to bring our range of charcuteries to a wider audience. We use brined beef brisket, which is cold smoked and then cooked. Nice with pickles and jalapenos on a sandwich or as a pizza topping.

Pastured, grass fed, chemical and hormone free Bali beef, originating from the Javan ‘Banteng’ breed.

Ray and Eelke, the founders of Locavore, love working with fine meat, and ensure that all the meat in their new butcher shop is cruelty-free. They have been experimenting for years to perfect their own range of charcuterie. In the bright kitchen behind the shop, chefs produce fresh and air-cured sausages, pates, professional cuts of meat and other delicacies.

Bali Box is a meal in a box, containing all the ingredients you need, and a recipe with simply explained preparation and cooking steps. There’s no food waste, which means you save money, and everything fresh is wrapped in banana leaf and comes in a biodegradable box, to reduce disposable waste.
