Stracciatella is a variety of Italian gelato with chocolate bits swirled inside the mixture. It was originally invented in 1962 at the Ristorante La Marianna in Bergamo by Enrico Panattoni, and now is proposed in a vegan version by Samadi Foodlab.
Ingredients: Soy milk, Water, Cane Sugar, Glucose, Sunflower oil, Dark Chocolate, chicory fiber, Guar gum, Locust bean gum.
Vegan, gluten-free, nondairy.
Samadi products are made by Samadi Bali, located in the heart of the popular Canggu area, sold in their Super Market and exclusively here at Bali Direct. Samadi products are made with local ingredients wherever possible, with an emphasis on foods that are low in fat and calories. Samadi products do not contain additives. Samadi Bali is setting is setting a high standard by ensuring there are plastics in any of their packaging and encouraging the return of all glass bottles.

Delivery 6 days a week Monday to Saturday
Orders received before 8AM will be delivered the same day before 5PM with for the following minor exceptions:
– Orders for Starter Lab before 8PM to be delivered the following day before 5PM; and
– Orders for Jiva Creations before midnight to be delivered the following day before 5PM.
Orders received on Saturday after 8AMand on Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday before 5PM.
