Like traditional european style yogurts, it is slowly cup-set cultured into its own jar. The cup-set fermentation technology has more advantage than vat-set’s one, so this minimizes yogurt exposure. The Yogurt is unstrained, which means all nutrients are kept, giving it a rich and creamy texture. Each jar is unique and not like the others.
