Baby English Spinach is hydroponically grown on our Urban Farm. It has smooth, uniform, and tender baby leaves perfect for eating raw in salads and adding to juices or smoothies. Spinach is complete with vitamin A, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, and folate.
