Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish consisting of pickled vegetables, deliciously refreshing and packed with bold flavors. It is rich in vitamins A and C, and full of beneficial gut-boosting lactobacillus bacteria due to its distinct fermentation process. It also boasts abundant anti-oxidative and immune-stimulating activities, while containing essential nutrition.

DaKimchi Bali, located in Denpasar, Bali started producing small-batch homemade kimchi in 2020. It was conceived while searching for the best authentic kimchi in Indonesia.
