This pasta from Cibo Pasta lab, has No preservatives added , No Artifical Colours and No Flavour Enhancers

Ingredients: Semolina Flour ,Eggplant ( 23 % ), Egg Yolk, Flour,Ricotta Chesse, Flour, Grana padano chesse, Salt, Liquid smoke, Red Wine Vinegar

Cooking instructions: Boil 1 Liter of water, add 1 tsp of salt. Pour the Pasta in the water and cook for 5 minutes strain and add to your Favourite sauces for another 1 minutes over high fire. Serve Immediately.
