Rosalie Milton is a bloomy rind cheese, with a moist, slightly crumbly, full flavor. The cheese is aged for 14 – 20 days, and is great on a cheeseboard, crumbles on top of salad, quiche, crusted with your favorite herbs and spices, or paired with something sweet like honey or dried fruits.

Rosalie Cheese was founded in Jakarta and named after a lively suburban market in Brisbane, Australia. Rosalie only uses natural farm fresh ingredients without preservatives and colorings, and they employ traditional cheese making techniques and source Indonesian milk from six partner farms in East Java and Bali. Founder Ayu Utami Linggih learned the art of cheese making during her studies in Australia.
