Rosalie Milton is a bloomy rind cheese, with a moist, slightly crumbly, full flavor. The cheese is aged for 14 – 20 days, and is great on a cheeseboard, crumbles on top of salad, quiche, crusted with your favorite herbs and spices, or paired with something sweet like honey or dried fruits.
Ingredients: Natural Goat’s Milk, Vegetarian Rennet, Culture & Salt
Rosalie Cheese was founded in Jakarta and named after a lively suburban market in Brisbane, Australia. Rosalie only uses natural farm fresh ingredients without preservatives and colorings, and they employ traditional cheese making techniques and source Indonesian milk from six partner farms in East Java and Bali. Founder Ayu Utami Linggih learned the art of cheese making during her studies in Australia.

Delivery 6 days a week Monday to Saturday
Orders received before 8AM will be delivered the same day before 5PM with for the following minor exceptions:
– Orders for Jiva Creations before midnight to be delivered the following day before 12PM.
Orders received on Saturday after 8AMand on Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday before 5PM.

Yummy aged cheddar. But way over packaged in plastic! two layers of plastic for a small little wheel of rind cheese. Hope they’ll remove at least one of those layers ASAP
