Ingredients
200gm 8 degrees cheese greek style feta
600gm watermelon
1 bunch of fresh mint
Extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
Cracked pepper
Method
1. Chop the watermelon flesh into bite sized pieces
2. Crumble the greek style feta and pick mint leaves from stalks
3. Place the ingredients into a large bowl.
4. Drizzle over the oil and season with black pepper.
