BALI 
Delivery 6 days a week Monday to Saturday

Orders received before 08:00 will be delivered the same day before 17:00 with for the following minor exceptions:

– Orders for Starter Lab before 20:00 to be delivered the following day before 17:00; and

– Orders for Jiva Creations before 00:00 to be delivered the following day before 17:00.

Orders received on Saturday after 8:00 and on Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday before 17:00.

REST OF INDONESIA AND THE WORLD 
Orders received before 08:00 will be processed the same day. We use J&T Express for deliveries within Indonesia and DHL for deliveries to the Rest of the World.

We will notify you of the delivery cost once you have placed your order and require payment before your order is processed.

JAKARTA
– Orders received before 08:00 will be processed the same day. We use the three-day delivery service provided by J&T Express.

– We do not deliver fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, or drinks outside of Bali.

– The delivery cost per kilogram is IDR 24.000.

– We will notify you of the delivery cost once you have placed your order.

– Once your order has been processed we will email your J&T Express tracking number.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Cash-on-delivery (CoD), Credit Card, or Bank Transfer in Bali, and Bank Transfer or Credit Card for Jakarta, Rest of Indonesia and the World.

How-to-use Instant Delivery

Orders received Monday to Friday 8AM – 4PM, and Saturday 8AM – 1PM will be delivered within 2 hours.

1. add Instant Delivery to Shopping Cart

Only product with ⚡️ icon are available for Instant Delivery

2. Go and check your Cart

Important to making sure your cart only include Instant Delivery items & remove “Regular Delivery Only”.

After finish reviewing your Cart, click Proceed to Checkout button

3. Type & search Location on Maps

Fill in your information and fill your location on Maps.

Important to fill this as it will use for Courier to find your exact location.

**Instant Delivery option will not appears on the next step if you leave this field blank

4. Select Instant Delivery Options

You can choose between Gojek / Grab for you delivery. 

Note that shipping cost based on distance you inputing on map to our Warehouse.

**Insurance Fee of 0.5% will added to your order 

5. Add Notes for your Order

Fill Payment Information, billing address, Order notes & Google Map URL.

6. Review & Complete your order

Review your order information, click accept Terms & Conditions.

Your order will send immediately.

Regular Delivery

Orders received before 8AM will be delivered the same day after 1PM.

Orders received after 8AM will be delivered the following day after 1PM.

Frozen Items

Means these products are delivered in ice – they should be refrigerated immediately upon receiving your order.

Instant Delivery

Orders received Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM and Saturday 8AM to 1PM will be delivered within 2 hours.
