We are seeking a meticulous and organized Stock Controller to join our team in Bali. This role involves managing store inventory, ensuring accurate records, and maintaining efficient stock control processes. You will play a vital role in reconciling physical stock with system data and resolving discrepancies.

• Monitor and control stock in stores
• Carrying out routine checks and inventory of goods stock at the stores.
• Monitor and manage receipt data, storage data and goods release data accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory management system.
• Update inventory data regularly and ensure stock record accuracy.
• Reconciling physical data with system records to identify and resolve stock differences.

Requirements :

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in inventory management or administrative work is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with inventory software is an advantage.
• Ability to organize stock data and keep accurate records.
• Good communication skills to work with team members
• Careful and precise in counting and recording stock.
