Air Dried Bresaola is a traditionally Italian salted beef that has been aged two or three months until it becomes hard and turns a dark red, almost purple color. It is is lean and tender, with a sweet, musty smell.

Delivery 6 days a week Monday to Saturday

Orders received before 8AM will be delivered the same day before 5PM with for the following minor exceptions.

Orders received on Saturday after 8AMand on Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday before 5PM.
