Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Juice Maker to join our team in Bali. The role involves preparing fresh, high-quality juices by following recipes, operating equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will also assist in managing inventory and ensuring proper storage of raw materials.
Description
- Prepare fresh ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, and other supporting ingredients according to the recipe.
- Operate equipment to make juice, such as juicers, blenders, and strainers.
- Ensure that the juice produced meets the specified quality and taste standards.
- Ensure that the raw materials used are fresh and clean.
- Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas after use.
- Record the amount of ingredients used and report low stock to superiors.
- Assist in managing and storing raw materials in the appropriate place.
Requirements :
- Minimum education of high school/vocational high school, preferably majoring in culinary arts or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as a juice maker or in the F&B field (preferred).
- Able to operate kitchen equipment for making juice.
- Understand the basics of fresh juice processing and fruit flavor combinations.
- Knowledge of raw material storage techniques to keep them fresh.
- Disciplined, neat, and have attention to detail.
- Able to speak English is preferred.
- Lives in Bali.
