Black Beans are prized for their high protein and fiber content. They also contain several other key vitamins and minerals that are known to benefit human health.

 

Rinse the beans, soak them for 4-6 hours (or overnight), and then place in a pot and cover with about 5-8 cm water above the beans. Boil for 45 minutes to an hour, and season with your favorite spices.

 

Comes in reusable glass jar.
