Meringue also called in Italian brutti ma buoni (ugly but good) are a delicious snack. Carefully balanced in sweetness the addition of toasted almonds makes this a perfect treat on its own, or crumbled on top of gelato or on a cup of fresh fruit.

Ingredients: natural toasted almonds, fresh egg white, sugar, cocoa powder.
