Pastured, grass fed, chemical and hormone free Bali beef, originating from the Javan ‘Banteng’ breed.Ray and Eelke, the founders of Locavore, love working with fine meat, and ensure that all the meat in their new butcher shop is cruelty-free. They have been experimenting for years to perfect their own range of charcuterie. In the bright kitchen behind the shop, chefs produce fresh and air-cured sausages, pates, professional cuts of meat and other delicacies.

Delivery 6 days a week Monday to Saturday
Orders received before 8AM will be delivered the same day before 5PM with for the following minor exceptions:
– Orders for Starter Lab before 8PM to be delivered the following day before 5PM; and
– Orders for Jiva Creations before midnight to be delivered the following day before 5PM.
Orders received on Saturday after 8AMand on Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday before 5PM.

I have to agree with the other reviews. I have bought this several times, hoping it would be better, but every time there are the big white pieces that are impossible to chew. I’ve cooked it in all kinds of ways and it’s always there. It’s a bummer but hopefully they can fix it and provide better quality ground meet that is possible to chew 🙏
