A sharp, savoury cheeze in the style of smoked cheddar. It is made from a cashew base, cultured and aged for 2-3 weeks to give it a sliceable, shreddable consistency, and finally cold-smoked with hickory wood for a delicious smoky undertone.

Ingredients: Cashew Nuts (locally-ground), Nutritional Yeast, Organic White Rice Miso (Rice Koji, Organic  Soybeans, Salt), Mustard Powder, Garlic, Onion Powder, Salt, Vegan Cultures-Traditionally smoked with Hickory.

TreeNut Cheezery is a small producer of dairy-free cheese, based in Ubud. They only use locally-grown cashews and pilis, and traditional cheese-making processes – including long aging periods of 1-3 weeks. They are passionate about making real, high-quality products from wholefood ingredients.
