Our Rewards Program is designed to reward you with points for every purchase you make, which you can convert into discounts on your purchases. We reward you for signing up to a new account and for shopping on balidirectstore.com. 

 

PROGRAM PERIOD
This Program will continue until terminated, suspended, modified, or converted to another rewards program by the Bali Direct Store management.

 

ELIGIBILITY
To become a Member of the Program, you simply need to have signed up for a new account at https://balidirectstore.com/store/my-account/

 

EARNING POINTS
Once you have a registered account on our website and become a Member, you can begin earning points in the following ways:
Sign up for a new account and you earn 600 Points.

Every time you purchase any products from our website, you earn 1 Point for every IDR 10.000 spent.

 

POINTS REDEMPTION
Every 600 points you earn in accordance with this Program equals a 10% discount for your total purchase to apply on balidirectstore.com. The Points are redeemable towards purchases solely on the Site, and you can redeem them in the checkout process.

To redeem your Points, simply add items to your shopping cart, and click the “Checkout” button. Continue through the checkout process. When you get to the checkout page, you’ll see a box that says “Use 600 Points for a Rp-discount on this order! Apply points by clicking “Apply Points”. When you click it, your Points will be used and the 10% discount will be applied to your order total.

Points are available for redemption for the purchase of products on the Site only while supplies last and quantities may be limited. Members will not be able to redeem Points for purchases unless Member has sufficient Points.

 

REFUND AND CANCELS
Any points that you’ve earned will be deducted if your order is refunded or cancelled.

Points earned via credit card transaction purchases on the Site will be rescinded in the event that such purchase is returned for a refund.

 

POINTS MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM
You cannot redeem Points for more than 600 Points in one transaction. Points are not redeemable for cash.

 

POINTS BALANCE
You can check your Point balance on your account page.

 

POINTS EXPIRATION
New account sign up and purchases points will not have any expiry date

 

TERMINATION
Bali Direct Store management may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program at any time, including the availability of any reward. Bali Direct Store management may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any Member’s participation in the Program for breach of these Rewards Terms and Conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Terms and Conditions.

Bali Direct Store management reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit any Member from participating in any aspect of the Program if Bali Direct Store management deems or suspects that such Member has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: (a) acting in violation of these Rewards Terms and Conditions; or (b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Program or Site; or (c) acting with intent to annoy, harass or abuse any other person; or (d) any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behavior or activity; or (e) activity deemed in the sole discretion of Bali Direct Store management to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program.

Any decision Bali Direct Store management makes relating to termination or suspension of any Member’s participation in the Program shall be final and binding in all respects.

Bali Direct Store management shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Rewards Terms and Conditions or intent of these Rewards Terms and Conditions.

 

INDEMNIFICATION
Members agree to indemnify, defend and hold Bali Direct Store management and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by Member of any of these Rewards Terms and Conditions or any violation by Member of applicable law.
