Cannelini Beans are slightly kidney-shaped with squarish ends. They are originally from Italy with a creamy color. When cooked, they have a fluffy texture and a slightly nutty, mild flavour.

Soak for about 5 hours in water in big bowl. Drain and rinse and then boil while scooping off the foam. Let them simmer for about 1- 1/2 hours until they are tender.
