Ingredients: Cashew Nuts (locally-grown), Vegan Truffle Oil (Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Synthetic Truffle Essence), Sea Salt, Vegetable Ash, Vegan Enzymes, Vegan Cultures.
How to use: This gorgeous cheese is made for the cheese platter, enjoy it sliced onto crackers with something sweet and a dry white wine
Storage and portion: Store in the refrigerator in the original paper packaging. Good for about 8-10 small servings.
