How to use: Delicious when shredded into a sandwich or sliced as a pizza topping. It has a strong, sharp flavor that stands out well and is also delicious on its own with sliced apple and white wine.

Storage and portion: Store in the refrigerator in the original paper packaging. Good for about 8-12 small servings.
