Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish consisting of pickled vegetables, deliciously refreshing and packed with bold flavors. It is rich in vitamins A and C, and full of beneficial gut-boosting lactobacillus bacteria due to its distinct fermentation process. It also boasts abundant anti-oxidative and immune-stimulating activities, while containing essential nutrition.

Ingredients: Napa cabbage, daikon radish, carrots, onions, garlic, ginger, scallions, red chili, chili powder, mushroom sauce, salt, and sugar.

DaKimchi Bali, located in Denpasar, Bali started producing small-batch homemade kimchi in 2020. It was conceived while searching for the best authentic kimchi in Indonesia. Owners Jon and Alvy decided to create the best kimchi locally, following a generation-long recipe  and using only the freshest vegetables and finest natural ingredients, our small batches bring out optimal fermentation and balanced flavors. In order to fulfill our mission to share a delicious, authentic, premium quality kimchi, we embrace the traditional Kimchi-making method using a handcrafted process throughout without cutting corners.

Delivery 6 days a week Monday to Saturday

Orders received before 8AM will be delivered the same day before 5PM with for the following minor exceptions.

Orders received on Saturday after 8AMand on Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday before 5PM.
