This pasta is made entirely by hand and has no preservative or chemical additive.

Ingredients: egg, grain flour, salt, beef meat, ricotta cheese, parmigiano reggiano, carrot, celery, tomato, potato, olive oil, garlic, red wine, mixed herbs.

Cooking Instructions: Defroze Pasta, Bring enough water to boil and one tbs. of salt per liter. Add pasta, stir gently until all the pasta is completely detached. Heat until boiling again. Ready to drain in 9-12 minutes.
