Organic Cassava Root is a nutty-flavored and starchy root vegetable. The root can be eaten whole, grated or ground into flour to make bread and crackers. Just about anything you can do with potatoes you can also do with cassava. Dry boiling them and then deep frying with oil, salt, and pepper, for homemade crunchy cassava fries.

Orders received before 8AM will be delivered the same day before 5PM with for the following minor exceptions.
Orders received on Saturday after 8AMand on Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday before 5PM.
