Traditionally prepared egg garganelli without four grain, cold dried, must be stored in a cool and dry place.

Cooking Instructions : Bring enough water yo boil and one tbs. of salt per liter. Add pasta, stir gently until all the pasta is completely detached. Heat until boiling again. Ready to drain in 5-6 minutes

Orders received before 8AM will be delivered the same day before 5PM with for the following minor exceptions.

Orders received on Saturday after 8AMand on Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday before 5PM.
