Pork bacon made from pork belly. Trimmed pork belly that has been marinated, dry cured and smoked for 2-4 weeks depending on humidity! Salty and smoky.
How to cook: Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10-15 mins or fry it in a pan.
