Milk is sourced raw from a 50 head grass-fed, single herd, fourth-generation Dutch-Indonesian family farm in the highlands of Banyuwangi. All the cows have a name and walk freely to the milking shed which uses modern hygienic milking machines and practices. We can certify that the milk has no additives, no pesticides, no hormones, and no antibiotics – a beautiful cheese crafter’s milk. We also source the best of Indonesia’s spices, sea salts, and local organic herbs to bring out the best in our premium cheeses.

Delivery 6 days a week Monday to Saturday
Orders received before 8AM will be delivered the same day before 5PM with for the following minor exceptions:
– Orders for Jiva Creations before midnight to be delivered the following day before 12PM.
Orders received on Saturday after 8AMand on Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday before 5PM.

This cheese is simply delicious, smooth and full of flavor, I order it every time! Watchout- it doesn’t last more than a few days before it goes bad, but I usually finish the whole thing in one go, so it’s not a problem!
