A mild, firm cheese with slightly sweet caramel notes, and a peppery bite. Made from a cultured cashew nut base and aged for 5 weeks, it’s hard enough for grating and slicing, and has a delicious savory umami flavour. Packaging is 100% compostable.
Ingredients: Cashew Nuts (locally-grown), Black Pepper, Black Garlic Nutritional Yeast, Sea Salt, Vegan Cultures.
How to use: Add it to sandwiches, pasta dishes, or just enjoy on its own with crackers and fruit.
Storage and portion: Store in the refrigerator in the original paper packaging. Good for about 8-10 small servings.
