All Hail The GOAT

all hail the goat

No, we’re not talking about Michael Jordan or Pele here. We’re not talking about any of the greatest of all time (GOAT) figures from sports.

We’re talking about Rosalie Goat Cheese, the real GOAT.

Rosalie is Bali’s undisputed champion of Goat Cheese, and if you don’t believe us, just ask any of the 5 star hotels and restaurants serving up Rosalie’s delicious array of all natural cheeses. Rosalie Cheese is served at some of the biggest name establishments on the island, and we’re honored to have been chosen as Rosalie’s first home delivery service provider.

After noticing that all of the high quality cheese in Indonesia was imported, Rosalie founder Ayu Utami Linggih set out to change the game. Naming her business after a lively suburban market in Brisbane, Australia, Ayu started Rosalie Cheese, and made a commitment to producing fresh Indonesian cheese with local and natural ingredients.

All five Rosalie Cheese flavors are made with Indonesian milk sourced directly from local farms, and they are 100% natural, with no preservatives or colorings. Ayu also makes a point of adding a unique taste of Bali to each of her cheeses.

Rosalie’s signature Black & White Goat Cheese is coated in coconut ash to give it a distinct taste that combines traditional cheese making techniques with the flavor of Bali.

We’re thrilled to have Rosalie Black & White, Black Pepper Goat, Chevre, Kalyana, and Milton Goat Cheeses in our store, and we can’t wait for you to try them. Our personal favorite is the Chevre, but give all 5 flavors a shot and let us know what you think! All Hail The GOAT!
