This vegan butter alternative is made from a blend of Pili Nut cream, coconut & sunflower oil, and mildly flavoured with Balinese Sea Salt. Packaging is 100% compostable.
Ingredients: Pili Nuts, Coconut Oil, Sunflower Oil, Sea Salt, Non-GMO Soy Lecithin.
How to use: Use just as you would use dairy butter! Suitable for frying, baking, or spreading.
Storage and portion: Store in the refrigerator (or the freezer for a longer shelf-life) in the original paper packaging. Good for at least 20 servings.

It blends well adding a hint of coconut flavor and creaminess. I drink it every morning in my hot chocolate or cacao. I shake the bottle well to break up some of the coconut oil that thickens in the cold fridge then add it to a frother that heats and blends it with my other ingredients. It works perfectly and I really appreciate that I can add my own type and amount of natural sweetener or keep it a bit tangy depending on the dish I am making. I have tried other brands including the BDS brand and they are good but not as good as this one.
