Chorizo is an air cured sausage that resembles a traditional hard salami. Chorizo is produced from pork meat that is coarsely ground with paprika powder, garlic salt and pepper. Chunks of ground peppercorns randomly distributed among the bits of fat are common throughout the hard texture of this Sausage.

Chorizo is commonly served as an appetizer with cheese or with hearty breads and red wine.

Delivery 6 days a week Monday to Saturday

Orders received before 8AM will be delivered the same day before 5PM with for the following minor exceptions.

Orders received on Saturday after 8AMand on Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday before 5PM.
