This pasta is made entirely by hand and has no preservative or chemical additive.

Ingredients: egg, grain flour, salt, beef meat, chicken meat, ricotta cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano, milk, olive oil, garlic, onion, mixed herbs.

Cooking Instructions: Defroze Pasta, Bring enough water to boil and one tbs. of salt per liter. Add pasta, stir gently until all the pasta is completely detached. Heat until boiling again. Ready to drain in 6-7 minutes.

Better if cooked in meat broth and served with grated Reggiano cheese.
