Have you ever heard about Tzatziki? This dish may be hard to say but you can believe us it’s not hard to make. It turns out very very easy to make and healthy too. Normally, you’ll find this dish around Southeast Europe and the Middle East, but today we’ll share it with you so you can make it at your home.

Ingredients
- 2 cup cucumber
- ¼ cup lemon juice & zest
- ½ cup vegan yoghurt
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
- Grate the cucumber over the vegetable strainer and allow the water to drain out.
- Add the cucumber to a bowl with the remaining ingredients.
- Mix to combine and taste and adjust seasoning.
- Serve with pita bread or fresh-cut vegetables like cucumbers and carrots.
